Wonderful visit in June!
Amazing property, amazing views, and Dee was a perfect host! This was our second visit at the property, the last visit August 2021. The Turtle Dunes condo is great for our family of 3. The condo is clean and comfortable. We loved the new combo Keurig. The pool and beach access is very easy. The beach was not crowded when we were there and was very relaxing. Our daughter loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed playing with other children. Our vacation was great. Thank you, Dee!

Beautiful oceanfront condo!
My husband and I enjoyed this condo so much! Amelia Island is so peaceful and so is this condo complex – we barely heard any other people during our stay. The pool is so lovely with waterfall features – just steps from the condo. The oceanfront views from the balcony are incredible! We will be back! Dee is a great property manager – we will rent from her on our next stay.

A lovely “home away from home” with a beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen, stylish and cozy furniture, and thoughtful touches to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Vacation
The condo was very well appointed with a large comfy couch. The beds were comfortable too. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils & an assortment of spices to use. Great view of the ocean. The grounds & pool area were extremely well kept. Easy access to the beach. We would love to visit again SOON!

Fantastic!
My husband and I had a wonderful time here! The view is amazing and there is great beach and pool access. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and had all of the amenities we needed. Dee was great to work with as well. We will be back!

This property was spectacular!! It was a first-floor condo, but still had a great view of the beach and ocean. The property manager, Dee, was great to work with. She was very responsive to every question we asked! The entire area surrounding the condo was beautiful with a ton of nature. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Getaway
Very nice & clean condo! The location was perfect for us – view of the pool overlooking the ocean. It was very quiet and family friendly. Dee was a wonderful host offering trip details prior to arrival and even restaurant recommendations while we were visiting. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return again next year!

Enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island – we have been visiting Amelia Island frequently the past few year
The property has been renovated/upgraded recently – very well done renovation. The home is very comfortable and accommodating – a nicely decorated and well equipped home with everything you need for a beach/tennis/golf vacation.

Amelia Island Oceanfront Condo
Dee was a great host! The condo had everything we needed, and the view and access for the ocean were wonderful. First floor location made it easy for taking out dog. Will definitely stay again!

Family favorite
We have been staying in the Omni Plantation area for many years and this was our favorite so far. The walkout patio is perfect. The weather was a little cooler and we could enjoy the sunshine from the loungers. We had everything that we needed. The family room and kitchen were ideal. The only negative is no elevator but we decided to pack fewer things next time because we rarely left the property! Great stay!

A gorgeous comfortable well appointed ground floor condo with incredible beach views and walk out right to the beach. So nice to have amenities provided such as coffee filters, paper products, spices and oil, lots of lovely towels. However we are an older couple and my husband has mobility issues so the journey from the parking lot to the condo suite was very challenging. But just a lovely setting and neighbourhood!

The property was as advertised. Had a good time. It is an easy walk to the beach. Parking is limited but had no problems the week we were there. We would stay again.

Terrific location, nice accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with necessities. The kitchen was a little tight but we got used to it quickly. Beach access was amazing, pool was wonderful. Our family encompassed 80 year old parents, 3 teenagers, and a 10 year old. Everyone had a terrific time.

This was an absolute dream to stay in! It literally had anything you could need for vacation! We always forget things like trash bags, hand soap, etc. and it was supplied for us! The condo was beautifully furnished and it was an amazing vacation! Dee was amazing to work with! If I had any questions, she was quick to answer them! We will be coming back in the future!

My husband and I stayed here with my children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone and the Pack and Plays. After putting babies to bed we enjoyed adult time on the rooftop deck by master bedroom. Would book again.

Beautiful condo and gorgeous view. Best we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to Amelia Plantation for over 35 years ! Dee is a great property mgr. She kept us well informed and updated us frequently regarding the power outage from storm night before our arrival. With her hard work, we were able to check in on time and condo was in perfect condition!

We had the best week in the condo. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Nothing beats the view and location! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Can’t wait to stay again!
