This is a Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 Bath-the smaller 4th BEDROOM has a Trundle bed, which sleeps, 2 children or teenagers.

This unit has 2 king/on-suites that sleeps 4 adults

The #rd bedroom sleeps 2 Adults in Full-size beds–That is 6 adults

1 small bedroom/no closet that has a trundle bed—-this is like having 2 twin beds—sleeping 2 children.

If you should need extra room, I manage a 2 bedroom Oceanfront right down the breeze way, that sleeps an additional 6 adults because it has a KING and 2 Queens.

I will not accept bookings for the 4 bedroom/this listing— with more than 8 guests.

The Villa is located in Beach Walker, within the secured gates of the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This Building is located in the B building so you and your Family will be just stepping away from the Sand and Surf.

The Villa has 2 balconies, one off the living area and one very large deck off of the Master Suite and a Bonus room for sunbathing and just relaxing with Friends and Family.

Amazing Views !

Very comfortable, and lots of room for our family. The ocean views are amazing, very therapeutic! Short walk to beach and pool. Host super responsive and great to deal with. Minor inconvenience was how difficult it was to open door to upper floor balcony, as a result we did not use it since the lower floor had a balcony also. Galley kitchen although smaller than other properties we have stayed at was well appointed and we were very much able to adequately meal prep for our family of 6. Would definately stay again.

A lovely beachside rental

If access to the beach is a high priority, consider this property. We enjoyed Amelia Island in general, and rode our bikes all over the island. The property has a lot of stairs, so if you are in any way limited in physical ability, this may not be the property for you, but we didn’t mind all the steps, and in fact, it was a plus in hitting our exercise movement goals! We were two families with mom and dad plus 5 kids between us. They were all well accommodated. The rooftop balcony/patio door is a bit difficult to open, and we only went out there once. I would like to have used it more, but aside from that, it was fine. There is a large TV and we were able to watch all the streaming services from there without any issues. The kitchen is a galley style, and a bit tight, but not overly so. The property manager is very helpful, and was extremely thorough in making sure that we had a good time. The property was also extremely clean. Overall, I would go back again and stay here without thinking twice.

Great location and easy access to beach!

Condo kitchen needs updated/opened up but everything we needed was available.

*3 short flights of stairs inside this unit.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Such an easy walk to the beach and kid friendly. Dee was so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely use again!
