The unit is on the Southernmost end of the Turtle Dunes building, so you have lots of privacy. The beautiful pool area has the Ocean as the backdrop and was recently renovated in 2019. Showers right near the beach walkout and very close to “TOES TOUCHING THE SAND” No LONG WALKOUT!

The Condo features new and comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Master Bedroom has King size bed and the guest room has both a Queen Size bed and a Twin bed. Both BR’s have Flat Screen TV’s. Master Bath has large walk in tile shower with hand held shower sprayer and tiled seat.. Second Bath has tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms have wood laminate flooring…no carpet in condo. The Living Room features new comfortable Oversized Sofas and Chair. New Sliding Glass Doors and Oceanside window for clear view of ocean. Upgraded high speed internet and unlimited free long distance calling are available as well as hundred’s of TV channels. 2 – 4 Beach Chairs available for guests use upon request. PETS ALLOWED WITH PREAPPROVAL FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER PRIOR TO BOOKING. BREED, WEIGHT, HOUSE BEHAVIORS MUST BE SHARED.
